{"id":995,"date":"2022-09-22T23:46:25","date_gmt":"2022-09-22T22:46:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.thomarite.uk\/?p=995"},"modified":"2022-09-22T23:53:58","modified_gmt":"2022-09-22T22:53:58","slug":"granola-bar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.thomarite.uk\/index.php\/2022\/09\/22\/granola-bar\/","title":{"rendered":"Granola Bar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>I was looking for a homemade snack bar and this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=eExpYnyBqHU\">video<\/a> with a good one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 cup of nuts, chopped (any type)<\/li><li>2 cups of oats<\/li><li>1 cup of tahini<\/li><li>1\/4 cup maple syrup<\/li><li>1 tbs of vanilla paste<\/li><li>1\/2 cup of coconut shreds<\/li><li>1\/4 cup of cranberries or peel fruit (optional)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Prepare a small tray with baking paper<\/li><li>Mix tahini, maple and vanilla in a bowl<\/li><li>Add oats, nuts, coconut and cranberries. Mix all well<\/li><li>Pour mix in tray, spread it evenly.<\/li><li>Chill in fridge for 1-2h (better freezer)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To be honest my first attempt was quite bad as I didnt have enough tahini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second one was a bit better but doesnt look very &#8220;solid&#8221; like  in the video.
