And to be honest, I had a bit of high expectations as it was commented by some friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most of the concepts weren&#8217;t new for me. I could find connections to other books or concepts that I have already read like &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/smile.amazon.co.uk\/Thinking-Fast-Slow-Daniel-Kahneman\/dp\/0141033576\/\">Thinking Fast and Slow<\/a>&#8220;, Flow, Buddhism, meditation, &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/smile.amazon.co.uk\/Body-Keeps-Score-Transformation-Trauma\/dp\/0141978619\/\">The body keeps the score<\/a>&#8220;, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And there is a reference to <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Santiago_Ram%C3%B3n_y_Cajal\">Ramon y Cajal<\/a> that now I fully get it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;<strong><em>Todo ser humano, si se lo propone, puede ser escultor de su propio cerebro&#8221;.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/marianrojas.com\/2013\/02\/25\/ramon-y-cajal-todo-ser-humano-si-se-lo-propone-puede-ser-escultor-de-su-propio-cerebro\/\">Literally<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This book was quite quick and easy to read.
