And then I checked this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ffDiwWw_Mok\">one<\/a> for getting an idea about the quantities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250g maria biscuits (dont try to hard biscuits&#8230;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150g dark chocolate chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50g cacao powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50g pistachio chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70g butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Process<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Smash the biscuits, but dont make it powder!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the pistachios<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Melt the chocolate and butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add to the biscuits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix well, like a dough<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour the mix over clean film, try to roll like a chorizo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let it cool down in the fridge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Then you can decorate it like a salami if you wish<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"296\" height=\"595\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.thomarite.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/image-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1936\" style=\"width:163px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.thomarite.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/image-2.png 296w, https:\/\/blog.thomarite.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/image-2-149x300.png 149w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 296px) 85vw, 296px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obviously, it doesn&#8217;t look like in the videos (although it was tasty). My main mistake was using oat biscuits that are quite hard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2nd Attempt.
