I have read recommendations about <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Naval_Ravikant\">Naval<\/a> before but I didnt know what to expect. In general I liked it, many things resonate with me and i would like to read it again at some point. It is something I need to do, be able to re-read books and drop books that are not &#8220;worth&#8221; it. That&#8217;s something Naval does\/says. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The books is about wealth (and not just money) in all senses. But at the end of the day, I wonder if this is for everybody. Can everybody have equity? be its own boss? But again, there are many nice things you can take from the book. I would like to have in paper so could take more notes. So this is kind of the thinks I noted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Equity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do things for its own sake<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are never going to get rich renting out your time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leverage: min input, max output<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deathbed: the hard things you did<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ego<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Time To Think!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Relaxation is who you are<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fuck yeah or default no (Need to learn this)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Short term pain, long term gain<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Calm mind, fit body, house full of love. It is earned, not bought. (amen)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Economy basics: Adam Smith<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fundamental delusion: there is something out there that will make me happy (I feel this&#8230;)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Desire is a contract with yourself to be unhappy until you get it&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jealousy (I feel this&#8230;)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Death: Enjoy the moment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Take responsibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Physical health, diet, sugar. Vegs and a bit of meat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mental health, meditation, breathing, cold shower.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Most of our suffering comes from avoidance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meditate in bed. Noting. GRATEFUL!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drugs, addictions, thrills, etc: People trying to get away from the voice of their minds -&gt; overdeveloped sense of self<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Habits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.navalmanack.com\/navals-recommended-reading\">Books recommendations<\/a>: Very good list. Need to take account from it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reading habits: Re-read good books, dont need to read full books and be able to drop a book it is not good.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is the first ebook I finished while on holidays.
