{"id":1382,"date":"2023-09-10T11:23:12","date_gmt":"2023-09-10T10:23:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.thomarite.uk\/?p=1382"},"modified":"2024-03-11T07:33:04","modified_gmt":"2024-03-11T07:33:04","slug":"arroz-de-pimenton-y-pasas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.thomarite.uk\/index.php\/2023\/09\/10\/arroz-de-pimenton-y-pasas\/","title":{"rendered":"Arroz de pimenton y pasas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>This is a recipe from my friend M that is super easy and tasty!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1.5 cups of paella rice (or risotto) &#8211; DONT TRY ANY OTHER RICE TYE<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cups of boiling water (2:1 ratio with rice)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40g of fresh parsley (if possible, if dried, using 10gr or so)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 cloves of garlic sliced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cup of raisins or similar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tsp of sweet smoked paprika (I used a Spanish brand)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Olive oil to fry garlic and a gulp for the rice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt\/pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Process<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pre-heat oven at 180C<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a ovenproof container, put the rice, chopped parsley, raisins and paprika. Mix all well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fry the garlic with plenty of oil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour the fried garlic and left over oil into the rice. Mix all well so the oil reaches all rice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pinch of salt\/pepper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add 3 cups of boiling water. Mix all well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put the container into the oven for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taste the rice before removing from the oven.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ready to eat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before putting into the oven and before adding the water:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"574\" height=\"597\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.thomarite.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1383\" style=\"width:375px;height:390px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.thomarite.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image.png 574w, https:\/\/blog.thomarite.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image-288x300.png 288w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 574px) 85vw, 574px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After taking it out from the oven:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"599\" height=\"623\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.thomarite.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1384\" style=\"width:389px;height:405px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.thomarite.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image-1.png 599w, https:\/\/blog.thomarite.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image-1-288x300.png 288w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 599px) 85vw, 599px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Very tasty! Although I originally used more than 2 tsp of paprika.
